Dalpuri / ডালপুরি (500g)

Dal Puri is a popular and comforting South Asian street food and breakfast item. It consists of a fluffy, deep-fried flatbread made from flour, stuffed with a seasoned, spiced filling of mashed lentils (typically chana dal or masoor dal). Golden and crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, it is best enjoyed hot with potato curry (aloo sabzi), pickles, or a cup of tea.

ডালপুরি দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার একটি অত্যন্ত জনপ্রিয় ও সুস্বাদু নাস্তা। এটি মূলত ময়দার তৈরি একটি ফুলকো ও ডুবো তেলে ভাজা পুরি, যার ভেতরে মসলাযুক্ত ডালের পুর (সাধারণত ছোলার ডাল বা মসুর ডাল) দেওয়া থাকে। ওপর থেকে মুচমুচে আর ভেতরে নরম এই খাবারটি আলুর দম, আচার কিংবা গরম চায়ের সাথে গরম-গরম পরিবেশন করা হয়।
