How to Order

Please include:
- Items and quantities
- Preferred date and time
- Pickup or delivery
- Delivery location, if applicable
- Any customization or special instructions
We’ll confirm availability, preparation time, total price and delivery charge before your order is finalized.
Pre-Orders
Most SCK products are made fresh against confirmed orders, so pre-ordering is recommended.
Preparation time varies depending on the product, quantity and customization. Larger, bulk or customized orders may require additional notice.
Not sure if we can prepare something in time? Just ask us. We’ll give you the earliest available time.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Chattogram, subject to location and rider availability.
Delivery charges vary depending on your location and will be confirmed before you finalize the order.
Once your order is ready and dispatched, we’ll keep you updated with the expected delivery time.
Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself?
Pickup can be arranged from the Hamzarbag/Muradpur area. We’ll share the pickup details and suitable collection time after confirming your order.
Payment
We currently accept:

Payment details will be provided with your order confirmation when required.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to change something? Please contact us as early as possible.
Changes or cancellations are usually easier before preparation begins. Once food has been prepared, ingredients have been purchased specifically for your order, or customized work has started, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
